About Modular Metropolis
A dense high-rise downtown for three.js and React Three Fiber: glass supertalls, a twisting signature tower, twin towers joined by a glass skybridge, podium street-walls, multi-lane streets and planted avenues that snap into a real grid. Every asset ships as a GLB with a typed R3F component, plus one combined metropolis.glb catalog.
What's inside

Grid, scale and palettes
Roads tile on a 4 m module; buildings, podiums and plaza tiles compose on an 8 m block (two road tiles) so towers stand shoulder to shoulder. Architecture sits at about 70% of real height so towers read without breaking the frame. Four palettes ship: Day, Golden Hour, City Haze and NIGHT, where lit office-window grids, the glowing skybridge, media walls and rooftop crowns carry the skyline.
Prebuilds and use cases
Six decoratable set-pieces mount already dressed: a corporate plaza, the skybridge towers, a media crossing, a transit hub, an avenue promenade and a retail podium row. Decor stays as named nodes and each has empty slot anchors for your own props. Use the kit for city-builder and driving games, smart-city or real-estate dashboards, map-style product demos and skyline backdrops.
Modular Metropolis FAQ
twin_tower_01 is a single placeable tower meant to be used twice, as the skybridge anchor. skybridge_01 pivots at its span center rather than its base, so place it at deck height between the two towers. The skybridge_towers prebuild shows the finished arrangement and adds a slot_bridge_deck anchor for your own prop.corporate_plaza, skybridge_towers, media_crossing, transit_hub, avenue_promenade and retail_podium_row. Each ships a static base plus named decor nodes (planters, benches, signals, kiosks, parked vehicles and similar) that you can show, hide or swap, and empty slot anchors such as slot_curb or slot_median_end for attaching your own assets.palettes.json drive it: glass for window grids and the skybridge, neon for media walls, billboards and storefront neon, lamp for street lamps, signal lenses and headlights, and glow for rooftop crowns, the metro and plaza up-lights.
