Terms of Service

By accessing threejsassets.com, creating an account, downloading any asset, or purchasing a pack or lifetime license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the license terms that apply to the assets you use. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Purchase-time license snapshots keep older paid purchases tied to the terms version accepted at fulfillment.

Assets are licensed, not sold. Free assets may be used in personal, open-source, client, and commercial projects under the Free Asset License. Premium assets — whether bought as part of a pack or unlocked through the lifetime license — are licensed under the Pack Commercial License or Lifetime Commercial License shown at purchase.

You may not resell, mirror, sublicense, share, repackage, redistribute, or make the asset files or download access available as standalone files, asset packs, stock collections, templates, starter kits, marketplace listings, datasets, or a competing service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any local TJA_ download credentials issued to you, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

A TJA_ key proves download entitlement. It is not a resale license, and you may not share it or use it to provide asset access to third parties.

Everything on threejsassets is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no recurring billing. When you buy a pack or a lifetime license you pay once and keep the licensed usage rights for what you bought, subject to these terms and the license page.

The lifetime license grants access to the first-party premium library under the license active at the time of purchase, including first-party assets added later to that covered library. Future separate products are excluded unless explicitly added. Assets you download remain licensed to you even if prices change afterwards.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. Because our products are digital content delivered immediately after payment, checkout works differently: before you pay, you expressly request immediate access to the files and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You confirm this with a required checkbox at checkout, and we confirm your waiver in the order-confirmation email. Once delivery has begun with your consent, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to that purchase.

Prefer to keep your full 14-day withdrawal right? That's fine — contact us at support@threejsassets.com (or through the support form) before you buy, and we'll arrange for your files to be delivered after the 14-day withdrawal period has passed instead of immediately.

This waiver only affects the statutory withdrawal right for immediately delivered digital content. It does not limit the refund policy below or any rights your local law gives you that cannot be waived.

Something wrong with your files — they won't load, are broken, or don't match what the product page promised? Tell us at support@threejsassets.com or through the support form and we'll reply within two business days. We'll fix the problem first, and if we can't fix it, you get a refund.

Changed your mind and haven't downloaded anything from your purchase yet? Then you get a full refund, no questions asked — as long as you haven't downloaded the files, just ask. If you'd rather have a different pack than your money back, we're happy to swap your not-yet-downloaded purchase for another pack instead.

If you've downloaded the files and they work as described, we generally can't offer a refund — you already have the product, and digital files can't be returned. Not sure a pack fits your project? Try our free assets first; they're the same quality and pipeline as the paid packs.

Your local law may give you additional rights that go beyond this policy. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

To request a refund or withdrawal for a specific order, use the refund request form — it's the fastest route and creates a ticket we track.

You agree not to abuse the service with automated bulk-scraping, to circumvent access controls or tier limits, to share TJA_ keys, to mirror preview/download routes, or to use the service in violation of applicable law. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that degrade the service for others.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, threejsassets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or the assets.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions relating to licensing, resale/redistribution restrictions, confidentiality of credentials, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
