Avenue quarter-turn: the planted median sweeps the bend as a kerbed grass crescent on the carriageway centreline while the asphalt runs the same ring radii as the standard corner, kerb stones step both arcs and dashed guides curve either side of the channel — the piece that lets a boulevard turn instead of handing off to a plain corner.
