Cookie Policy

These keep the site working: your sign-in session and, during checkout, cookies set by our payment processor Stripe. They are strictly necessary, so no consent is required and they cannot be switched off.

We also set a small first-party cookie (tja_attr) that remembers how you first found us — for example whether you arrived from a search, a link on another site, or one of our campaigns. It stores only that first-visit source, not who you are, and is never shared with anyone or used to track you across other sites. It lasts 90 days.

A second functional first-party cookie (tja_vid) holds nothing but a random id — no name, no email, no personal data of any kind. It lets us give you a consistent site experience: when we split-test a page, for example two versions of a headline, everyone keeps seeing the same version instead of the page changing under them from click to click. It lasts about a year, is never shared with anyone and is never used to recognize you on other sites; in our own statistics the id itself is not kept, only a keyed hash of it. It is set only while a test is actually running.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets its _ga cookies so we can count visits and see which assets and pages are useful. We use it for statistics only — no profiling. The data is shared with Google as our processor.

If you reject them (or ignore the banner), no analytics cookies are set at all. The site still sends anonymous, cookieless counts so we can see aggregate usage, but nothing is stored on your device and you cannot be recognized across visits.

When we run advertising campaigns, we may use ad-measurement pixels from the platforms we advertise on (Google Ads, X, Meta). If you accept marketing cookies, those platforms can set their cookies so they can tell which of their ads led to a visit or purchase — this is how we know what advertising works. The data is shared with the platform in question.

If you reject them (or ignore the banner), no marketing cookies are set and the X and Meta pixels never load; the Google tag runs in a cookieless consent mode. Your purchases and downloads work exactly the same either way.

Your choice is stored for 12 months in a small first-party cookie (tja_consent) that holds only the choice itself. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer — withdrawing is as easy as granting.
