Water Crane
The water column at the platform end, swung out over the road ready for a tender: a lathed iron column with its valve wheel, the swan-neck arm and the canvas bag hanging off it, a fire devil brazier at the foot to stop it freezing, and a drip pool under it. The spout is part of the column assembly — it contacts it, so nothing floats.
