The mouth in the hillside: a real opening you can see into, a chamfered stone arch with a big keystone and a moulded string course over it, castellated wing walls battering back into the cutting, the date carved in the parapet, and the lined bore running away into the dark behind. A facade set-piece that sets over a straight track — not a track tile (its id is off the DRIVABLE regex on purpose).
