Lamp Post Modern
The diesel-era platform lamp that replaced the gas one: a tapered cast-concrete column with its cable-access door and collar bands, a steel spigot, and a hooded post-top lantern on four stays throwing a pool of light on the flags. Stand it down the modernised end of the platform and leave the gas lamps at the country end.
