Two packs shipped, a bonus one is still to come, and we finally said out loud the thing we've been building towards for weeks. A fair amount of what shipped this week exists because someone asked for it.
Sharon and I have been working the same way since the start: low poly, web-first, two packs a week. All of that is still true. It's just no longer the whole story.
What shipped this week#
Kitchen Interior & Configurator is 47 assets, and more to the point, a system. Base units sit on a 0.6 m module, wall units mount at 1.45 m, the tall larder runs the full 2.0 m, and there are corner cabinets for both the base run and the wall run so the L actually closes instead of ending in a gap. Worktop segments tile along the run. The sink base ships an inset steel basin with a lathed swan-neck tap, and the range cooker is the hero: cast-iron grate over four burners, oven glass that ambers, a warming drawer, a full-width towel rail.
The configurator part is the zones. Every module is split into named material zones — carcass, door, worktop, handle, plinth — so the doors can change without dragging the worktop with them. Then the small stuff that makes a room look lived in rather than rendered: a kettle, a knife block, spice jars, a fruit bowl, an open cookbook, a wine bottle with two poured glasses. Switch to NIGHT and the under-cabinet LED strip washes the worktop and the backsplash warm. See the Kitchen pack.

Halloween dropped today, and it's 62 assets across a whole street rather than a props bin. The showpiece is a Victorian mansion facade where every window is a real opening you can look through, not a painted pane — same trick on the candy shop, where the display window looks past the joinery into a lit room with shelves of sweet jars. Around them: a porch house front, a cottage that has visibly settled, a witch hut, a haunted barn, a DIY crypt with a real arched doorway. Then the yard — jack-o-lanterns carved clean through, a foam tombstone leaning back in its bed, a skeleton, a scarecrow, a giant spider, self-lit inflatables at three metres and change, festoon lights with moulded inline connectors so runs actually daisy-chain. Three sky domes come with it: overcast day, harvest dusk, and a full-moon night. See the Halloween pack.

Then there's the thing we've been sitting on#
Every pack we've made is low poly. That was a real choice — small files, fast loads, a look that holds together on the web. It's also a ceiling. Some of you are building things that need materials that behave properly under a close camera, and no amount of clever palette work gets you there.
So we're building the other half of the catalogue: Realistic Assets — PBR materials, Nanite-ready density, aimed squarely at the projects low poly was quietly wrong for. The first pack is City. There's a teaser on X if you want to see where we're setting the bar.
The honest version: nothing has shipped yet. It's a different pipeline, the files are heavier, and we're still working out what a realistic pack should even contain before we put a price on one. It'll be soon, and we'll tell you when it's real rather than when we'd like it to be. Low poly isn't going anywhere either — the two-packs-a-week rhythm carries on exactly as it has.
A few more wins#
- 23 of the 62 Halloween assets are free.
- The Halloween sidewalk tiles — straight, corner, T-junction and four-way — run on the same one-metre grid as our other street sets, so they seam into what you already own.
- The Kitchen's inset cooktop ships both a gas read and an induction read in the one asset, with the burners carrying the flame glow at NIGHT.
- Both packs have a walkable demo on the pack page, so you can look around before you spend anything.
- Plus the usual pile of smaller wins that don't make for good bullet points.
Lifetime, and why the price moves#
Every All-Access Lifetime licence includes the realistic packs the day they ship. That isn't a bonus we're bolting on to make an announcement land — it's what all-access has always meant here, and we're not about to redefine it now that the expensive packs are the ones arriving.
It's $97 today, and it goes up when the first realistic pack lands. The reason is boring: realistic assets take considerably longer to make than stylised ones, and a single one-time payment that now covers two catalogues instead of one can't sit at the same number forever. If you've been circling it, that's the whole picture — pick up the Lifetime licence here.
Coming up next#
Haunted Parlour lands this week as a bonus pack, which makes three packs in seven days — either generous or a scheduling problem, depending on who you ask. We'll let it introduce itself.
After that: more low poly on the usual rhythm, and City when it's genuinely finished.
That's the week.
Cheers, Aron & Sharon
