About Kitchen Interior & Configurator
The Kitchen kit is a modular, snap-together kitchen for three.js and React Three Fiber, built for teams wiring up a live kitchen configurator. Cabinet doors, worktops, handles and appliance bodies are each their own named material zone, so a whole kitchen can be recolored at runtime without re-exporting anything.
What's inside
- Cabinetry: base cabinets with doors or drawers, a base corner cabinet, a sink base unit, wall cabinets with solid or glass doors, a wall corner cabinet, a tall larder and a kitchen island
- Appliances: range cooker, inset cooktop, wall oven, range hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave
- Surfaces and structure: countertop runs, a breakfast bar, backsplash panels, open shelving, floor tiles, wall segments, a window and a doorway
- Small appliances and decor: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, bar stools, pendants and under-cabinet LEDs, plus props such as a knife block, spice jars, a dish rack, a fruit bowl, an open cookbook and potted herbs
Configurator and prebuilds
The configurator products carry named zones. A base cabinet, for example, has carcass, door, worktop, handle and plinth, so materials.door.color.set('#2f3b44') repaints its doors live. The rest of the library uses flat-shaded vertex colors.
Seven dressed-kitchen prebuilds show finished layouts: a galley run, an island kitchen, a pantry coffee corner, a breakfast nook, an L-shaped kitchen, a chef's kitchen and a family kitchen. Each keeps its decor as named nodes plus empty slot anchors for your own props.
Scale, palettes and use
Everything is 1 unit = 1 m at full ergonomic scale on a 0.6 m module grid: worktops at 0.90 m, base cabinets 0.60 m deep, wall cabinets mounted with their underside at 1.45 m. Four palettes ship: Neutral Studio Day, Warm Morning, Cool Modern and the Evening Kitchen showpiece, lit by under-cabinet LEDs, pendants, amber oven glass and a blue gas flame. Each asset ships as a GLB with a typed React Three Fiber component.
Use it for kitchen planners and configurators, showroom product demos, real-estate staging and cozy interior scenes.
