Two directions at once this week. On the 3D side, a full dungeon interior kit and our first characters. And off it — for the first time — something flat: we've started making icons.
Here's what went out.
What shipped this week
The Dungeon / Crypt Interior Kit is 85 modular assets for building crypts, prisons and ritual chambers room by room. The corridors tile — straight, corner, T-junction and four-way — so you can lay out a level without hand-fitting geometry, and the walls, vaulted bays and stairs snap to the same module. Then it fills the rooms: a prison block with cell bars, a portcullis, manacles and hanging chains; a torture chamber with a rack, stocks, an iron maiden and a spike pit; a ritual room with rune walls, a magic portal, a bone throne and a bubbling cauldron; a treasure vault; and the dressing that sells the decay — skeletons, cobwebs, a lone rat, rubble and a bloodstain rug. It's 342,966 triangles across all 85 models, 2.3 MB total, GLB with Draco compression. See the Dungeon kit.

Character Model Basic is the other new thing, and it works a little differently — it's the first character set for our Character Creator, and the creator itself is free. Sign in and you can dial in proportions, palettes, faces and expressions, and preview them animated, without paying anything. Buying the set gets you the deliverables: a GLB export rigged to a 65-bone, Mixamo-compatible skeleton that drops straight into three.js, Blender, Unity or Unreal, plus the editable procedural source and the whole set — styles, palettes, faces, expressions — as plain JSON you can extend. See Character Model Basic.
One honest limit, up front: the faces are baked to a texture, so an exported GLB carries exactly one expression — whichever one you exported it with. Expressions and visemes animate live inside the creator, but animating the face in the exported GLB isn't part of this version. We'd rather say that now than have you find it after buying.
We make icons now
Here's the one that isn't 3D. We've started drawing icons — clean, high-quality ones for game UIs, tools, websites, and anywhere else a good icon earns its place. 280 of them are free to use. Another 1,120 come with the All-Access Lifetime licence, or you can buy the icon set on its own. Browse the icons.

A few studio odds and ends
- A new left side rail, with tooltips, so the tools sit where your hand expects them.
- Tidied up the top sidebar.
- The character tab is now live in the studio — it's where the Creator lives. It's new, so expect the odd rough edge; if you hit one, open a ticket and we'll turn it around.
- Smoother account linking.
- Plus the usual pile of smaller wins that don't make for good bullet points.
Coming up next
More packs, more characters, and more icons — we're holding the release cadence. We'll keep building in this direction and tell you when the next batch is real, rather than promising a date we haven't earned yet.
That's the week.
Cheers,
Aron & Sharon
