Swamp Mist Cloud
The low fog that sits on the bayou at dawn and after dark (reuse: nature): a drift of soft flattened banks lying on the water, thick and opaque where it pools and tearing into wisps at the edges. A DECLARED floater — the id carries `cloud`, which is what the float gate actually reads it by. Lay it over the channel and the whole scene turns Southern-Gothic.
