Bait Shack
The little dockside bait-and-tackle hut: a tin-roofed box on short pilings with a shuttered serving hatch propped open on a stick, a warm-lit window, minnow buckets under the counter and a cane pole leaning by the door. Small enough to sit at the head of a dock, lit enough to read across the water at NIGHT.
