Stilt Shack
The free-tier hero and the shape the whole pack is read through: a one-room camp house raised clear of the tannin water on cypress pilings, walled in lapped clapboard weathered silver-grey, under a rusting corrugated tin roof, with a covered porch across the front, a rail you can lean a cane pole on, a lantern hung at the door and a warm window that lights the black water at NIGHT. Boots on the step, moss caught on the porch rail.
