Garden mulch bed: dark bark chippings raked into low ridges inside a chamfered timber border, with bevelled bark flakes lying loose on the surface, dead stalks, a couple of green shoots pushing through and a stone or two. The bed now reaches the module edge under its own border, so it butts against a lawn or a path with no trench between them.
