Storm-drain canal, running along z: stepped board-marked concrete walls with tie holes weeping rust, construction joints, a dark grime-and-algae line at the waterline, weep holes, a rusted outfall pipe with its grate hanging open and scum below it, a rusted access ladder down into the water and squat mooring bollards on the coping. The dark water carries sparse oil sheen and two faint neon glints, and ripples in the scenes. A street-level apron on each outer edge (.20) meets the street; tiles join end to end.
