Low-Poly Rubber Safety Surface Tile 3D Model (GLB)
Poured-rubber play surfacing — the wet-pour a playground gets so a fall lands on something forgiving. One soft, seamless mat in two colour fields that meet along a wandering hand-poured line, rolled off gently to the bay edge all round. The colour is rubber crumb bound in resin and it shows: granules a grade lighter and a grade darker than the field they lie in, a few of the other mixes trodden through, and a broad pale drift where the sun gets at it all afternoon. One corner of the mat has curled up off its bed after a few winters and shows its dark backing. The colour fields run straight through the module edge, so a whole play area reads as one pour rather than a grid of squares, whichever way round the tiles are laid. Surface at 0.17, level with the park lawn and the footway beside it, so a wheelchair rolls from the path onto the play area without a lip; only the curled corner stands off it, by 46 mm.
