Low-Poly Haunted House Facade 3D Model (GLB)
The NIGHT showpiece: a tall Victorian mansion front, and every window in it is a REAL OPENING you can look through. Gothic-grey weatherboard over an ashlar plinth, a corner tower under a stepped slate witch-hat spire with an iron bat weathervane, and a fish-scaled gable behind a pierced bargeboard. Eighteen openings on one grid are cut clean through forty centimetres of wall, and behind each of them is a furnished room: a table with a candle burning on it, the end of a bed, a chair turned to the wall, a picture hung on the wall, a torn curtain, the bottom of a staircase going up into the dark. Eight of the rooms are lit and their light washes the reveals, so at night the house glows out of its own windows instead of behind them; the rest are boarded, and what shows between the planks is the dark inside. Below it a sagging porch on turned posts with balusters missing, a six-panel door standing ajar on a lit hall under its fanlight, a coach lamp still burning, cobwebs in the eaves, a leaning chimney and ivy climbing the corner.
