Lathe-turned oval soaker standing clear of the floor on four turned metal feet, which carry the shell under its belly where the base ellipse can actually reach them. Its roll-top rim is swept as one continuous band that climbs into a slipper back over the tail 96 degrees and dies away again, so there is no step and no bolted-on backrest. Split shell — outside and inward-facing liner carry their own gradients — with a soft towelling headrest pad, a recessed overflow escutcheon seated in the inner wall, a lathed waste on the inner floor and a radially shaded water plane. 1.72 m over the rolled rim, rim at 0.60 m, 0.77 m over the slipper back.
