Low-Poly Park Shade Tree 3D Model (GLB)
Broad park shade tree in a flush, permeable tree pit. A furrowed trunk rises off five buttress roots, forks at head height into five arching scaffold limbs and a leader, and each limb forks again and thins out into the crown. The canopy is thirty separate leaf masses in three tiers — wide, lobed cushions, each turned to face out of the crown, lit on top and shaded underneath and fringed with real leaves, nearly eight hundred of them — with gaps between the tiers and the boughs showing from below. The lowest leaf is 2.5 m up, so a route passes under the crown. At the foot there is no grille to catch a cane tip or a castor: resin-bound gravel laid level with the paving inside a flush cast-iron ring in eight bolted segments, with a soft mulch collar round the root flare. A healed pruning scar sits on the trunk where a low limb was taken off to keep that headroom.
