Two in-the-ear aids on the turned birch dish they get left in overnight. Each is a moulded custom shell — a teal one with a violet faceplate lying on its side, a coral one with a lime faceplate stood canal-up — with the bond line where the faceplate is glued on, a battery door with its nail nick, mic port, vent bore, status light, a wax guard in the canal tip, the red or blue side dot and a removal line with a bead to pinch. The dish has a navy felt liner with a stitched edge, a wax brush lying across it and a charge lamp let into the rim.
