Low-Poly Habitat Module 3D Model (GLB)
The elevated habitat module: the station's hub, built like a real polar pod. An insulated capsule with rounded roof shoulders, framed by proud panel ribs and a safety-orange stencil band, carried on four splayed steel legs that stand on skis, each with a hydraulic jack and orange collars, all cross-braced. A glazed airlock porch opens onto a railed landing with a proper stair down to the snow. Its door stands ajar under a lit ceiling lamp. There is a walkway door and threshold landing on the east end, an emergency exit, balcony and ladder on the west end, and insulated service pipes and a cable tray under the floor. On the roof are an HVAC unit, vents, a whip antenna and a met mast, all under a pillowed snow cushion with a cornice. Rime frosts the windward wall, a drift banks against the windward legs and the snow is shadowed under the pod. The hub the rest of a station is laid out around.
